由于对机车无维修化和节约能源需要的增加,供运营使用的交流电传动装置已研究成功。电动车组电气装置特别重要的要求是:尺寸小和重量轻。本文分析了有效地使逆变器和感应电机满足这些要求的转运控制方法。叙述了最新开发的技术:用异步PWM脉宽调制技术控制逆变器,使动车从回程位置实现平滑起动和用阔宽度三脉冲调制系统控制逆变器,以使其电压可以平滑调节。最后介绍了使用16位微机的程控设备,该设备可灵活地应用于各种高精度和无需进行调节的技术设备中。
Due to the lack of maintenance of locomotives and the need to conserve energy, AC drives for operational use have been studied successfully. Particularly important requirements for electric unit electrical installations are: small size and light weight. This article analyzes the transfer control method that effectively enables inverters and induction motors to meet these requirements. Describes the newly developed technology: Asynchronous PWM pulse width modulation technology to control the inverter, so that the motor car from the return position to achieve a smooth start and wide width three pulse modulation system to control the inverter, so that the voltage can be smoothly adjusted. Finally introduced the use of 16-bit microcomputer program control equipment, the device can be flexibly applied to a variety of high-precision and no need to adjust the technical equipment.
