知识经济以及信息时代的来临, 使教育与劳动者的关系日益紧密。作为现代化建设主力军之一的农民工,其个人素质的高低不仅影响到自身的生存与发展,还直接关系到产业结构的升级换代、社会大局的安定和现代化建设的推进。但由于长期城乡隔离造成的教育资源分配严重失衡,城乡教育存在着巨大反差,农民工在乡村所接受的基础教育相当薄弱,而进入城市后所得到的短期培训又无法使其素质大幅度提升,因而难以适应企业现代化、社会化大生产的需要。要从根本上解决这一问题,应从城乡教育统筹的角度出发,充分利用城乡教育资源, 实施农民工培训。
Knowledge economy and the advent of the information age have brought the relationship between education and workers closer and closer. As one of the main forces in the modernization drive, the level of their personal qualifications not only affects their survival and development, but also directly relates to the upgrading and replacement of the industrial structure, the stability of the social overall situation and the promotion of the modernization drive. However, due to the serious imbalance in the distribution of educational resources caused by the long-term urban-rural isolation, there is a huge contrast between urban and rural education. The basic education received by rural migrant workers in the rural areas is rather weak. However, short-term training after entering the cities can not greatly improve their quality, It is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern and socialized large-scale production. To fundamentally solve this problem, we should make full use of urban and rural educational resources and carry out training for migrant workers from the perspective of urban and rural education co-ordination.
