霉菌性阴道炎是霉菌感染引起的妇科常见疾病。总结我院妇科一年来收治的阴道炎患者656例,其中霉菌性阴道炎326例,占阴道炎发病总数的49％,发病原因是由于应用抗生素、激素,以及使用浴盆、浴巾不洁交叉感染而诱发。孕妇多发生于妊娠3个月后,此时阴道内糖原含量多,利于霉菌生长。由于霉菌感染,导致外阴瘙痒、灼痛感。我院自1995年开始使用康世奇治疗霉菌性阴道炎326例,取得满意效果,现总结报道如下:
