近年来,复合树脂作为口腔矫形材料和充填材料已广泛用于临床,由于目前应用于牙体缺损修复的材料中,有些学者认为尚无一种能与牙体组织产生粘附作用者。因此在修复体与制备的洞型之间,最终必有显微间隙存在,而微间隙可导致牙体龋患。“EB”型复合树脂(后称EB脂)为我国产品。本文目的是以国产EB脂充填未经酸蚀处理的牙体窝洞,通过扫描电镜观察与拍片,从而了解其微漏间距的数据,并以此作为EB脂临床应用的评价参考。
In recent years, as a orthodontic material and filling material, composite resin has been widely used clinically. Some scholars think that there is no one that can adhere to dental tissues due to the current application in dental defect repair materials. Therefore, between the prosthesis and the prepared cavity, there must eventually be a micro-gap exists, and micro-gap can cause dental caries. “EB” composite resin (hereinafter referred to as EB fat) for our products. The aim of this paper is to use domestic EB fat to fill tooth pits which have not been treated with acid etching. Scanning electron microscopy and filming are used to understand the data of the microleakage distance, which is used as a reference for evaluating the clinical application of EB lipids.
