为了提高我国电炉产品的质量,在国家统一部署下,对电炉行业产品质量的检查工作、老产品的整顿工作以及新产品的统一设计工作,正在深入开展。在这些工作的进行中,对于国家技术标准的遵守和执行,是十分重要的问题。国家颁布的技术标准,是具有法规性的技术文件,是国家对工业生产进行技术管理的体现,设计部门和生产单位,都必须认真执行。目前对产品质量的检查和对老产品的整顿,更要严格遵守。当然,随着工业生产的发展,新技术、新工艺的不断采用,原技术标准不断地在更订,但是,新技术标准未立前,原技术标准仍然有效,即使在新产品的设计、试制、定型中,仍然应成为重要的技术依据。对此不能掉以轻心,否则会带来生产和设计工作的混乱,干扰产品质量的提高。为此,我们将一机部颁发过的两项技术标准《工业用电阻炉基本技术条件》(?)《电阻炉试验方法》全文登载,请各电炉生产厂及有关单位,参照遵守。
