研究显示,约20%的癫痫患者是难治性的[1]。究其原因,除原发病外,不正规治疗也是难治性癫痫不可忽视的原因。这与患者及其家属治疗依从性差有关。本文调查了100例癫痫患者治疗情况,探讨不能坚持规则服药的原因,观察针对原因进行相应的心理治疗的效果。资料与方法1.一般资料明确诊断为癫痫并正在接受抗癫痫药物治疗的患者100例,男65例,女35例,年龄4-78岁。按就诊顺序随机分成干预组和对照组。
Research shows that about 20% of patients with epilepsy are refractory [1]. The reason, in addition to the primary disease, non-formal treatment is refractory epilepsy can not be ignored. This is related to the poor compliance of patients and their families. This paper investigated the treatment of 100 cases of epilepsy patients to explore the reasons for the failure to adhere to the rules of medication, observe the effect of the corresponding psychological treatment. Materials and Methods 1. General Information Clearly diagnosed as epilepsy and are taking antiepileptic drugs in 100 patients, 65 males and 35 females, aged 4-78 years. According to the order of treatment were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.
