近年来,随着国防教育广泛深入的宣传,人们的国防意识已明显增强。但是在中学,由于高考指挥棒的导向和升学率的压力,国防教育既没有作为专门课程列入课表,也没有腾出专门时空开展系列国防教育活动。国防教育实际上成了“说起来重要,做起来次要,考起来不要”的软指标而名存实亡。针对中学的实际情况,笔者集多年从事中学教育的实践经验,探索出一种切合中学实际的国防教育新法——“课堂渗透法”。
In recent years, with the extensive and in-depth propaganda of national defense education, people’s awareness of national defense has significantly increased. However, in middle schools, because of the pressure of the orientation of the baton of the college entrance examination and the pressure of higher education rates, the national defense education has not been included in the schedule as a specialized course, and no series of national defense education activities have been released. National defense education has actually become a soft indicator that is “important to say, do it secondary, and don’t test it”. In view of the actual situation of middle schools, the author has set a series of years of practical experience in secondary education and explored a new law for national defense education that suits the reality of secondary schools—“Classroom Infiltration Law”.
