血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是最主要的血管生成调节因子。在生殖系统中,随着卵泡的周期性生长发育,卵巢的血流发生周期性的改变。VEGF通过旁分泌和自分泌的方式,经其特异性受体介导,起着调节生殖系统各器官血管产生和形成的作用,从而调节卵的成熟、受精和胚胎种植。综述关于VEGF及其受体在女性月经周期中卵巢输卵管和子宫内膜上的表达和变化,以及在体外对卵成熟的作用。
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is the most important angiogenesis regulator. In the reproductive system, with the periodic growth and development of follicles, ovarian blood flow occurs cyclical changes. VEGF through paracrine and autocrine way, through its specific receptor-mediated, plays a role in regulating the formation and formation of blood vessels in various organs of the reproductive system, thereby regulating the egg maturation, fertilization and embryo implantation. This review summarizes the expression and changes of VEGF and its receptors in ovarian fallopian tubes and endometrium during the female menstrual cycle and the effects on maturation of the eggs in vitro.
