报告107例活动性人巨细胞病毒感染的临床表现。所有病例（CMV-IgM抗体皆阳性。先天性感染组79例，围产期感染组28例。两组均以出现早、程度重、消退迟或退而复现的病理性黄疸或伴肝脾肿大、肝功能有异常为主，余为先天畸形和神经系统异常。31例中17例有听通路传导障碍。先天组中新生儿窒息20例。如遇此等表现，应警惕CMV感染的存在。
