目的:为了加深对手术室医院感染工作重要性的认识,抓好手术是消毒隔离管理工作。对手术室感染中存在的问题进行分析,提高手术室医院感染水平。为患者营造一个可靠的就医环境。方法:根据阅读1998年～2004年中华医院感染学杂志和护理与康复杂志及中华人民共和国卫生部关于手术室医院感染的原因及其采取相应的预防对策。结果:制定了手术预防感染对策。加强手术人员的无菌技术操作观念,加强对手术室护理人员感染知识的业务学习及培训,使各项监控指标在正常范围,从而提高了手术室感染管理水平。结论:手术室医护人员必须严格执行无菌操作技术,科室及院内感染办公室必须随机监测,严厉监督。为病人提供优质的手术环境,提高手术的成功率,减少病人的痛苦,这样才能提高手术室感染管理水平。
Objective: In order to deepen the understanding of the importance of nosocomial infection in the operating room, to do a good job of disinfection and isolation management. Results: A surgical prevention of infection was developed. Conclusion: The operating room medical staff must strictly implement the aseptic technique, and the departments and nosocomial infection offices must be randomly monitored and severely supervised. To provide patients with high-quality surgical environment, improve the success rate of surgery to reduce the patient’s pain, so as to improve operating room infection management.
