优化水胎内层胶配方。将水胎内层胶配方中传统的硫黄硫化体系变更为半有效硫化体系,采用炭黑N330/N660并用。结果表明:配方调整后,胶料基本物理性能无显著变化,耐老化性能提高,水胎使用寿命显著延长,胶料原材料成本降低。
Optimize the inner rubber tire formula. Change the traditional sulfur vulcanization system into semi-effective vulcanization system in the inner rubber formulation of the water tire, and use carbon black N330 / N660 together. The results showed that after the formula was adjusted, the basic physical properties of the compound did not change significantly, the aging resistance was improved, the service life of the water tire was significantly prolonged, and the cost of the compound raw material was reduced.
