燃烧室内燃油雾场的分布状态是影响柴油机性能好环的重要因素。本文是应用激光全息照象术,在模拟装置中对喷油雾场的分布进行测量、研究的初步结果。实践表明,采用我们研制的内燃机激光全息照象系统能够拍摄出较理想的燃油雾场全息图,通过再现和数据处理,获得喷注中油滴在空间的真实形状、尺寸、数量、油滴平均直径的空间分布以及油滴的径谱分布和粒谱分布等,为判别喷油器的喷雾质量,从而为改善柴油机的性能提供科学的依据。
The distribution of the fuel vapor field in the combustion chamber is an important factor affecting the performance of the diesel engine. This article is the application of laser holographic imaging in the simulation device to measure the distribution of the fuel spray field, the preliminary results of the study. Practice shows that using our developed internal combustion engine laser holographic imaging system can capture the ideal fuel fog field hologram, through the reproduction and data processing, the real shape, size, number of oil droplets in the injection, the average diameter of the droplets The spatial distribution of the oil droplets and the distribution of the radial and the particle size distribution of the oil droplet, so as to determine the spray quality of the injector and thus provide a scientific basis for improving the performance of the diesel engine.
