转轮是水轮机最重要的部件,同时又是最复杂的部件,它的叶片具有三维空间多变断面,尤其大型水泵水轮机,叶片较长,考虑运输,转轮采用分半结构,更增加制造难度。为了保证质量,提高精度,提高效率,日本最近开发成功并应用了自动化焊接用机器人,以及电子束焊接装置和叶片型线自动检测装置。 能够自己三维多层自动焊接的机器人由以下几部分组成:激光器、摄像机、状态输入,图像处理、传感、机械手、数据处理、控制器、滑轨、焊枪、CRT(屏幕显示)等装置。机器人能自行掌握已焊的和正在焊的焊接坡口以及焊缝的形状,从而实现自动行走和多层自动焊接。
