JJF1093-2002《投影仪校准规范》中,仪器示值误差的校准,是用二等玻璃线纹尺作为标准器来校准的。但是对于卧式投影仪,用玻璃线纹尺校准Y轴的示值误差操作时比较困难,因为玻璃线纹尺无法竖直放置在工作台上,更何况在校准过程中工作台还必须上下、左右、前后移动。笔者在工作中试探以量块作为标准器,采用另外两种方法校准卧式投影仪Y轴的示值误差。
JJF1093-2002 “Projector Calibration Specifications”, the instrument calibration error indication, is the use of second-class glass line ruler as a standard to calibrate. But for horizontal projectors, it is difficult to calibrate the indication error of the Y-axis with the glass line ruler because the glass line ruler can not be placed vertically on the workbench. Moreover, the workbench must be up and down during the calibration process, Left and right, move back and forth. The author tries to use the measuring block as a standard instrument in the work, and adopts two other methods to calibrate the indication error of the Y-axis of the horizontal projector.
