以吡咯为单体,FeCl3为氧化剂,乙醇和水为混合溶剂,通过化学氧化法合成了导电PPy产物。在此基础上,重点研究了乙醇和水的体积比(简记为醇水比)对PPy产物的化学结构、微观形貌、产量及电导率的影响规律,其结果表明:醇水比的变化会直接影响对所合成的PPy产物的共轭程度;在醇水比为0∶10~7∶3的范围,PPy产物的平均粒径随醇水比的增大而逐步减小,产物产量及电导率均随醇水比的增大而表现出先增大后降低的变化规律,且二者都在醇水比为2∶8时出现最大值。
Using pyrrole as monomer, FeCl3 as oxidant, ethanol and water as mixed solvent, conductive PPy product was synthesized by chemical oxidation. On this basis, the effects of volume ratio of ethanol to water (abbreviated as alcohol to water ratio) on the chemical structure, morphology, yield and conductivity of PPy products were studied.
