以问卷调查法和访谈法为主,同时运用了文献资料法、数理统计等方法,以随机抽取中医药院校大二女大学生参与瑜伽选项课因素为背景,对246名女大学生进行问卷调查和开放式访谈。从参与瑜伽选项课的诸多因素出发,探讨中医药院校女大学生参与瑜伽课选项课学习的,将调查信息反馈于教师和学生并与其探讨,为中医药院校瑜伽课的学习提供参考。
Taking questionnaire and interviews as the main methods, we use the methods of literature and statistics, mathematical statistics and so on. Based on the random selection of sophomore female students participating in yoga class in TCM colleges and universities, we conducted a questionnaire survey on 246 female college students Open interview. Based on many factors involved in the yoga class, this study explores the participation of female college students in the yoga class in the selective course of the yoga class. The survey information is fed back to teachers and students and discussed with them to provide reference for the study of yoga class in Chinese medicine colleges.
