本文介绍了一种相位方案设计的镜频抑制及镜频回收混频器电路的构成原理及其在接收系统中的应用。并以混合集成电路为主要对象讨论了电路设计及方案实现的有关问题。最后给出了两种采用低中频的混合集成电路方案及相应的试验结果。所研制成的C波段镜频抑制混频器的典型指标是,整机噪声系数为8.2db(包括1.7db的前中噪声),镜频抑制度15~25db,工作带宽>10%,X波段镜频回收混频器的特性是整机噪声系数6.7db(包括1.7db前中噪声)镜象抑制度≥13 工作带宽>10%。
In this paper, we introduce the principle of a phase-scheme-based image rejection and frequency recovery mixer circuit and its application in the receiver system. In this paper, the problems of circuit design and realization of the scheme are discussed with hybrid integrated circuit as the main object. Finally, two kinds of hybrid integrated circuits with low IF and corresponding test results are given. The typical index of the C-band image rejection mixer developed is that the noise figure of the whole machine is 8.2db (including the front middle noise of 1.7db), the rejection of the image is 15 ~ 25db, the working bandwidth is> 10%, the X-band The characteristic of the video frequency recovery mixer is that the noise figure of the whole machine is 6.7db (including the noise before 1.7db), the image suppression degree is ≥13 and the working bandwidth is> 10%.
