甘油-3-磷酸酰基转移酶基因的功能及作用机理在模式植物拟南芥中已经得到了较为充分的研究,但是在花生中还没有关于这类基因的报道,其功能也没有得到证实。本研究通过Bioedit软件在花生cDNA文库中找到了6个可能编码GPAT蛋白的基因片段,其中有3个基因没有包含完整的开放阅读框。我们通过5’-和3’-RACE RT-PCR对这3个基因的全长进行了克隆,得到了包含完整读码框的基因序列,并将序列在GenBank上注册,同时对得到的序列进行了初步分析。
The function and mechanism of the glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase gene have been well studied in the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, but there is no report on this gene in peanut and its function has not been confirmed yet.
