目的:探讨模拟抢救演练对提高产科护士急救能力的作用。方法:2015年4月对绍兴市中心医院产科22名护士进行为期3个月的调查统计,先找出产科急救存在的不足之处,2015年7月起进行相关的急救能力培训,以强化理论知识和技能操作、开展流程管理并配合模拟抢救演练的方式为主。对演练前后产科护士急救能力各项指标进行量化比较。结果:产科护士在急救操作技术、观察方法、主动抢救、物品准备等方面能力较为欠缺;演练后护士各项急救能力考核评分均明显高于演练前(P<0.05)。结论:对产科护士急救不足之处进行合理评估,并根据问题进行相应的模拟抢救演练可有效提高护士急救能力。
Objective: To explore the effect of simulated rescue exercise on improving the first aid ability of obstetric nurses. Methods: In April 2015, 22 nurses in obstetrics department of Shaoxing Central Hospital were surveyed for three months to find out the shortcomings of obstetric first aid. In July 2015, related nurses’ first aid training was conducted to strengthen the theory Knowledge and skills operations, process management and simulation with rescue drills mainly. Before and after exercise drills obstetric nurses ability to quantify the various indicators of quantitative comparison. Results: Obstetric nurses were lack of ability in emergency operation technique, observation method, active rescue and article preparation. After the exercise, nurses’ emergency medical examination scores were significantly higher than those before exercise (P <0.05). Conclusions: Reasonable assessment of the inadequacies of first aid for obstetric nurses and the corresponding simulated rescue exercises according to the problems can effectively improve the emergency rescue ability of nurses.
