离心压缩机转子与密封碰磨的故障诊断及特征研究

某离心压缩机试运转时出现振动故障,经测试,判断故障是转子与密封碰磨而致。为验证故障原因,将轮盖密封以及隔板密封取出,之后机组的运行效果以及运转状况均较为良好,说明故障的原因诊断正确。在对机组的密封间隙进行相应调整之后,转子的故障得到消除,机组能够正常运行,运转状态及运行效果均良好。
