采用自蔓延高温合成铝热离心法在球墨铸铁管内表面涂覆Al2O3陶瓷层获成功。陶瓷层由Al2O3、FeO·Al2O3、3Al2O3·2SiO2等组成,硬度达HV1326~1558。中间过渡层与球铁基体冶金熔合,与陶瓷层机械结合牢固。复合管综合性能大幅提高。
The successful application of Al2O3 ceramic coating on the inner surface of ductile iron pipe by self-propagating high-temperature synthetic aluminum thermal centrifugation was successful. The ceramic layer is composed of Al2O3, FeO · Al2O3, 3Al2O3 · 2SiO2 and the like and has a hardness of HV1326 to 1558. Intermediate transition layer and the ductile iron metallurgical fusion, mechanical and ceramic layer firmly combined. Comprehensive performance of composite pipe increased significantly.
