27例老年冠心病患者服用富硒酵母(第日2次,每次20μg治疗三个月)后发现其过氧化脂质(LPO)由5.04±0.91nmol/ml降到4.59±0.96nmol/ml(P<0.05)。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)/LPO比值升高,对照组则变化不明显。还观察到治疗组的全血粘度、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原均下降,中风先兆警告值(JG)从51.64±16.87降到22.83±17.88(P<0.01),说明富硒酵母对防治心脑血管病有一定伯用。
Twenty-seven elderly patients with coronary heart disease were treated with selenium-enriched yeast (2 times on the second day, every 20 μg for 3 months) and their lipid peroxidation (LPO) was reduced from 5.04±0.91 nmol/ml to 4.59±0.96 nmol/ml ( P<0.05). The ratio of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)/LPO increased, but there was no significant change in the control group. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, and fibrinogen were also decreased in the treatment group. The warning sign of stroke (JG) decreased from 51.64±16.87 to 22.83±17.88 (P<0.01), indicating that selenium-enriched yeast is effective against cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The disease has a certain amount of use.
