RealD公司近日收购MasterImage公司的剩余资产,包括知识产权(IP)、技术、存货以及应收账款等。RealD先前因专利问题起诉MasterImage,获得诉讼胜利。MaterImage公司侵权产品遭到美国国际贸易委员会根据法庭指令的禁令,同时RealD也在全球其他司法区域获得专利方面的胜利。RealD表示,将继续致力于视觉技术创新,并在全球范围内保护技术知识产权。
RealD recently acquired MasterImage’s remaining assets, including intellectual property (IP), technology, inventory and accounts receivable. RealD previously sued MasterImage for patent issues to win the lawsuit. MaterImage’s infringing product was banned by the U.S. International Trade Commission under court orders and RealD also won a patent victory in other jurisdictions around the world. RealD said it will continue its commitment to innovations in visual technology and the protection of technological intellectual property worldwide.
