激励与约律是民办中小学校长人力资源管理中极其重要的一个内容。有效的激励,能极大地开发校长人力资源,提高学校工作的绩效。有效的约律,则可以充分保护师生的利益以及降低学校管理的损耗。本文分析了当前在对民办中小学校长的激励与约束中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的对策性措施,试图对我国民办中小学校长人力资源管理的实践有所启迪。
Incentives and covenants are an extremely important part of the management of human resources for private primary and secondary school principals. Effective incentives can greatly develop the principal’s human resources and improve the performance of school work. An effective covenant can fully protect the interests of teachers and students and reduce the loss of school management. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the encouragement and restraint of private primary and secondary school principals, proposes corresponding countermeasures, and tries to inspire the practice of the human resources management of primary and secondary school principals in our country.
