At a time when the greenhouse effect is worsening and people’s thirst for clean energy is becoming more and more urgent, the media have successively sent news of the discovery of new energy by the United States and Japan in their respective seas. The so-called new energy is actually refrigerated in the seabed of methane, known as methane hydrate or hydrated methane, is the formation of gas methane in the sea under low temperature and high pressure crystals, looks surrounded by water molecules look like snow and crystal clear. Methane is a flammable gas. Even if the knot “ice” is magically ignited, some people call it “flammable ice.” The good news is not long ago, our country is also found in the South China Sea, the East China Sea seabed methane, it is reported that its reserves equivalent to 50% of the current total energy. What is particularly gratifying is that this is a clean energy that does not produce any pollutants after burning. Therefore, it is more and more optimistic about the ever-increasing environmental protection voice today.
