研究了挤压态Al-4Cu-0.15Zr-0.15Sc合金经520℃×2 h固溶处理后,在180℃下时效时,时效时间对室温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,随时效时间的延长,该合金的强度和断裂伸长率均呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,经180℃×30 h时效处理后,合金表现出良好的综合力学性能。固溶+时效态合金的断裂方式为韧性断裂。
The effect of aging time on the tensile properties of Al-4Cu-0.15Zr-0.15Sc alloy at 520 ℃ for 2 h after aging at 180 ℃ was studied. The results show that with the aging time increasing, the strength and elongation at break of the alloy first increase and then decrease, and the alloy exhibits good mechanical properties after being aged at 180 ℃ for 30 h. Solid solution + aging alloy fracture toughness fracture.
