目的研究茵栀黄颗粒配合蓝光治疗对病理性黄疸新生儿甲状腺功能及AFP、CRP的影响。方法选择2015年9月-2016年11月在长治市妇幼保健院治疗的病理性黄疸新生儿147例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为对照组和观察组。对照组间断性给予蓝色荧光治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上口服茵栀黄颗粒。对两组患儿临床疗效,甲状腺功能及AFP和CRP水平进行分析。结果观察组有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.650,P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清胆红素、AFP及CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿T3,T4,TSH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒配合蓝光治疗可有效改善病理性黄疸新生儿甲状腺功能,降低患儿AFP、CRP水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light on thyroid function and AFP and CRP in neonates with pathological jaundice. Methods Seventy-nine neonates with pathological jaundice treated in Changzhi MCH from September 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table. Control group intermittent blue fluorescence treatment, the observation group of children in the control group based on oral Yinzhihuang granules. The clinical efficacy, thyroid function and levels of AFP and CRP in both groups were analyzed. Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 13.650, P <0.05). The levels of serum bilirubin, AFP and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of T3, T4 and TSH in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang granules combined with blue light therapy can effectively improve the thyroid function of neonatal rats with pathological jaundice and reduce the level of AFP and CRP in children with high clinical value.
