民办中小学监管是政府行政机构依据法律授权，通过制定规章、准入许可、监督检查、行政处罚和行政裁决等手段对民办中小学的办学行为实施的直接控制。广州民办中小学监管主要在准入、价格、质量及退出等方面存在制度或法律的问题。文章对上述问题进行了剖析并提出了相应的改进建议。
