目的研究耳蜗微窥镜检查对听觉的影响,为耳蜗微窥镜的进一步应用奠定基础。方法42只豚鼠被随机分为4组,A为对照组,B、C、D组作耳蜗微窥镜检查,分别测其术后即刻、1周和2周的ABR。结果与对照组相比,耳蜗微窥镜检查术后即刻、1周、2周,Ⅰ、Ⅲ波潜伏期显著延长(p<0.01)或延长(p<0.05),而Ⅰ—Ⅲ波间期无明显变化(p>0.05),术后2周的反应阈较对照组提高小于10dBHL。结论耳蜗微窥镜检查对正常豚鼠的听觉影响较小。
Objective To study the effect of cochlear micro-endoscopy on hearing and lay the foundation for the further application of cochlear micro-speculum. Methods Forty-two guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups. A was the control group, B, C and D groups were subjected to cochlear microtoscopy. The ABR of the guinea pigs immediately, 1 week and 2 weeks after the operation were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the latency of Ⅰ, Ⅲ wave prolonged significantly (p <0.01) or prolonged (p <0.05) immediately after 1 week, 2 weeks, while the duration of Ⅰ-Ⅲ wave interval (P> 0.05). The response threshold at 2 weeks after operation increased less than 10 dBHL compared with the control group. Conclusion Cochlear microtoscopy has less effect on auditory guinea pigs.
