肝泡状棘球蚴(Liver alveolar echinococcosis;LAE)和肝包虫囊肿(Liver cystic echinococcosis;LCE)通称肝包虫病,宁夏地区均有流行。我们于1988年7～8月和1989年8—9月在宁夏西吉县调查人群肝包虫病时,发现两种包虫病分别有一家多人或一家同时有两种肝包虫病的患者,报告如下。
