目的:观察加味当归补血方对化疗诱导小鼠骨髓抑制的影响。方法:以阿霉素(盐酸多柔比星)诱导小鼠化疗骨髓抑制模型,以外周血有核细胞数量、骨髓细胞周期变化、红系集落单位发育及外周血清EPO含量评价补血方效果。结果:加味当归补血方应用于化疗小鼠后,通过减少骨髓细胞凋亡,促进骨髓细胞加速向S+G2/M期转化,有效提高了外周血有核细胞及血红蛋白数量,同时可通过促进EPO等细胞因子分泌,提高红系造血祖细胞集落产率。结论:加味当归补血方可有效缓解化疗诱导骨髓抑制,促进红系发育。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Recipe on chemotherapy-induced mouse bone marrow suppression. Methods: The myelosuppression model was induced by doxorubicin (doxorubicine hydrochloride). The effect of nourishing blood and replenishing blood was evaluated by the number of peripheral blood nucleated cells, the change of bone marrow cell cycle, the development of erythroid colony and the content of EPO in peripheral blood. Results: Modified Danggui Buxue Fang can reduce bone marrow cell apoptosis and accelerate bone marrow cells to S + G2 / M phase transformation, effectively improve the number of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and hemoglobin, at the same time, through promoting EPO And other cytokines secretion, improve hematopoietic progenitor erythroid colony yield. Conclusion: Modified Danggui Buxue can effectively relieve chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression and promote erythroid development.
