二氯甲烷(CH_2C_(12))是一种无色透明易挥发的液体。工业上主要用作萃取剂、溶剂、冷冻剂、灭火剂和防腐剂等。急性毒作用主要损害肺、肝、肾。为了解CH_2Cl_2对机体免疫功能的影响,我们用小鼠作了腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能实验。
Dichloromethane (CH_2C_ (12)) is a colorless, transparent and volatile liquid. Industrial mainly used as extractants, solvents, refrigerants, fire extinguishing agents and preservatives. Acute toxicity mainly damages lung, liver and kidney. To understand the effect of CH_2Cl_2 on the immune function of mice, we used the mice to make phagocytosis experiments of peritoneal macrophages.
