我省香菇半熟料开放式代料栽培开发试验已经通过技术鉴定,它是在菌种压块栽培的基础上又向前发展了一步,大大降低了生产成本,适于我省农村栽培。香菇除具有丰富的营养和药用价值外,还具有投资少,周期短,效益高等特点,是我国出口创汇的走俏食品,但技术性很强。通过几年的生产实践,归纳生产技术要点如下:一、选用适用当地自然条件的高产品种04—8。二、培养料采用阔叶木屑78%、麦麸10%、米糠或稻糠10%,石膏1%、多菌灵0.1%(50%可湿性粉剂)。三、拌料时干料和水的比例为40:55,搅拌均匀,达到用手用力捻有水痕出现即可。培养料蒸后,水分提高到60%左右。
