学校文化是一个不断建设、反思、提高的整体工程,是学校可持续发展的动力,是学校综合办学水平的重要体现,也是学校个性魅力与办学特色的体现,更是学校培养适应时代要求的高素质人才的内在需要。作为学校的管理者,同时也是学校文化建设的推进者,笔者一直在思考如何定位学校文化,如何凸显文化特色,如何坚持以师生发展为本,营造富有丰厚底蕴、人文内涵、充满活力的校园文化,使学校真正成为师生的精神家园和发展的沃土。
