The 1st International Public Health Exposition and the 1st International Forum on Public Health Development, jointly organized by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) and Health News, was held on October 21st, 2003 in Shanghai, China. It is a milestone since Chinese government launched a “disease control and patriotic public health campaign” fifty years ago. In addition to great public health achievements in China, reform, development and construction of Chinese public health framework were consulted.
