一般认为老年性白内障的早期改变不影响视力。对比敏感度是一种比视敏度更为敏感的形觉功能定量检查方法。本文检查了20例33只早期老年性白内障眼的对比敏感度。患者年龄为49~73岁,平均58岁;其中男性9例(15眼),女性11例(18眼)。所有患眼检查前均测得其最佳矫正视力在1.0~1.5。同时还做了眼底、色觉检查及眼压测量。在0.5至22.8周/每度视角(C/D)的空间频率范围内使用0.5 C/D、1 C/D、3 C/D、6 C/D、11.4 C/D、和22.8 C/D 6个空间频率的垂直向静态正弦波光栅测量患眼的阀值对比敏感度,并与同年龄组正常值进行比较。结果表明:33只眼中有18只眼(55%)在不同的空间频率敏感度低于正常值,其中9只眼(50%)在高空间频率(11.4 C/D 和22.8 C/D)对比敏感度异常(或伴有中、低频敏感度异常),9只眼(50%)则只有中、低频区敏感度异常。上述结果说明早期老年性白内障病人当视力还在正常范围时,其对比敏感度已出现异常。因此,对此敏感度是测定早期老年性白内障患者形觉功能改变比较敏感有效的指标。
It is generally believed that early changes in senile cataracts do not affect vision. Contrast sensitivity is a more sensitive than the visual acuity of quantitative detection of the function of the shape. This article examined the contrast sensitivity of 20 patients with 33 senile cataract eyes. The results showed that 18 eyes (55%) of 33 eyes had sensitivities lower than normal at different spatial frequencies, of which 9 eyes (50%) at high spatial frequencies (11.4 C / D and 22.8 C / D) Sensitivity was abnormal (or accompanied by moderate and low frequency sensitivity abnormalities), and only 9 eyes (50%) had moderate and low frequency sensitivity. The above results show that when the early age-related cataract patients with visual acuity is still in the normal range, the contrast sensitivity has abnormalities. Therefore, this sensitivity is the determination of early senile cataract patients with functional changes in the more sensitive and effective indicators.
