在数学教学课堂上,充分利用小班化的优势,在学生分组合作的基础上,最大限度地把课堂让给学生,让每个学生都成为课堂中的编者,演说者,老师退居幕后,承担导演的角色,及时调控课堂中出现的情况,适时给予必要的指导。这种教学模式能帮助学生在建立数学学习兴趣,培养学习信心,利用小班的优势,能够让学生的数学学习的综合技能获得进一步地提高。为了实现这一目标,必然要让小班中的分组教学更加高效,那么该采用何种教学方法、教学形式来达到呢?笔者认为可以从以下几个方面做起。
