目的:研究不同配比的苦参/白头翁乙醇提取物的体外杀精能力。方法:收集15例正常男性的精液标本,经密度梯度离心法处理,与9种不同配比的苦参/白头翁乙醇提取物一起孵育20 s、2 min及4 min后,采用计算机辅助的精液分析系统(CASA)检测精子活力及运动参数;同时分别检测其具有瞬间杀精能力时的最低有效浓度。结果:以3∶1配比的乙醇提取物,浓度为0.5 mg/ml时能明显抑制精子活力,并且对精子运动参数VCL、VSL、VAP、ALH、WOB及MAD等指标均产生了明显的抑制作用,与对照组比较有统计学意义;9个不同配比的乙醇提取物中以3∶1配比时,其具有瞬间杀精能力时的最低有效浓度最低,为3.5 mg/ml。结论:苦参/白头翁3∶1配比时,其乙醇提取物具有最佳的体外杀精能力。
Objective: To study the in vitro spermicidal activity of different ratios of Sophora flavescens and Pulsatillae ethanol extract. Methods: Fifteen normal male semen samples were collected and processed by density gradient centrifugation. After incubation with nine kinds of Sophora flavescens / Pulsatilla chinensis ethanol extracts for 20, 2 and 4 min, computer-assisted semen analysis System (CASA) to detect sperm motility and exercise parameters; the same time, respectively, with the ability to detect the moment when the minimum effective concentration. Results: The ethanol extract with the ratio of 3:1 could obviously inhibit sperm motility at a concentration of 0.5 mg / ml, and significantly inhibited sperm motility parameters such as VCL, VSL, VAP, ALH, WOB and MAD Which was statistically significant compared with that of the control group. The minimum effective concentration (MIC) was 3.5 mg / ml at the 3: 1 ratio of the 9 different ethanol extracts with the instant spermicidal effect. Conclusion: Sophora flavescens / Pulsatilla 3:1 ratio, the ethanol extract has the best in vitro sperm ability.
