以3-羟基-2-萘甲酰肼和4-二苯氨基苯甲醛为原料,设计合成了一种新型萘甲酰腙铜离子荧光探针L(N′-(4-(二苯胺基)亚苄基)-3-羟基-2-萘酰肼),并通过1H NMR、13C NMR、HR-MS、IR和X射线单晶衍射法对L的结构进行了表征。在H2O/DMSO(V∶V=3∶7,pH=7)溶液体系中,可以高选择性和高灵敏性识别Cu2+。通过质谱法、核磁滴定和DFT计算对L与Cu2+可能的作用机理
