军队政治工作与工作对象实际相符合,是提高政治工作时代感和主动性、针对性、实效性的基本规律,是马克思主义对军队政治工作的本质要求,是由主客体的相互关系、军队的职能使命和政治工作的目标职责所决定。本文分析了影响这一规律发挥作用的五个主要因素,即:工作对象成分动机的多样化倾向、工作对象思想活动的易变性倾向、军队内部环境对工作对象的影响、外部社会环境对工作对象的影响和军队政治工作创新发展的滞后性。最后,提出了遵循规律,以人为本,切实加强和改进新形势下军队政治工作的对策。
The fact that the military political work is in line with the actual work object is the basic law for improving the sense of the times and the initiative, pertinence and effectiveness of political work.
