目的:为更好促进儿童早期身心的全面发展,探讨以母亲为中心参与婴幼儿保健对父母养育方式的影响。方法:在中山某社区内实施促进母亲参与儿童早期发展干预活动后,采用儿童养育情况母亲问卷对参加项目的母亲进行问卷调查。以参加《母亲参与婴幼儿保健》项目的社区的母亲为实验组,选择另一经济、社会环境相似的社区的母亲为对照组,两组各150例。结果:①实验组家庭的玩具和图画书数量显著多于对照组,在给孩子讲图画书上的故事、带孩子去动物园或游乐场以及带孩子参加培训班等方面两组有显著性差异;②实验组母亲表扬孩子的次数显著高于对照组,并更能用鼓励的方法教育孩子;③实验组父亲比对照组更能参与对孩子的管教,而且父母对孩子的管教态度一致性显著高于对照组。结论:母亲参与婴幼儿保健丰富了孩子认知刺激环境,提高了母亲的育儿技能,同时使父亲在育儿过程中发挥更积极的作用。
Objective: To better promote the early physical and mental development of children in an all-round way and to explore the impact of taking mother-centered care on parental rearing patterns. Methods: After implementing the activities of promoting mother’s participation in early childhood development in a certain community in Zhongshan, a questionnaire survey was carried out on the mothers who participated in the project using the questionnaire on motherhood. The mothers of the communities participating in the project of “mother participating in infant and child health care” were selected as the experimental group and the mothers of other communities with similar economic and social environments were selected as the control group, with 150 cases in each group. Results: ①The experimental group had significantly more toys and picture books than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups in the story of children on picture books, taking the children to the zoo or playground, and taking the children to the training courses. ② The number of mothers praised by children in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the children were more encouraged to be encouraged by the method of encouragement. ③ The father of the experimental group was more involved in the discipline of the child than the control group, and the coherence of parents’ In the control group. Conclusion: The participation of mothers in infants and young children’s health care enriches their cognitive environment and improves their parental skills. At the same time, the father plays a more active role in parenting.
