呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)是引起婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的常见病原体。婴幼儿RSV感染明显提高哮喘的发病率。RSV感染婴儿中一部分白细胞介素水平异常升高而另一部分降低,而白细胞介素的变化受基因多态性的影响,因此,白细胞介素及其基因多态性在RSV感染中发挥重要作用。了解白细胞介素及其基因多态性在婴幼儿RSV感染中的作用,可更好地理解其发病机制,有助于采取预防措施控制RSV感染的发展。
Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a common cause of lower respiratory tract infections in infants and young children. Infants and young children RSV infection significantly increased the incidence of asthma. In RSV infected infants, some interleukin levels are abnormally elevated while others are decreased. Interleukin is affected by genetic polymorphisms. Therefore, interleukin and its genetic polymorphisms play an important role in RSV infection. Understanding the role of interleukins and their genetic polymorphisms in RSV infection in infants and young children may provide a better understanding of its pathogenesis and help to take precautions to control the development of RSV infection.
