自1997年12月中国腐植酸工业协会第二次会员大会换届以来,我会在原化工部、石化局、中国石油和化学工业协会的正确领导下,协会秘书处依据常务理事会决议,克服困难,励精图治,开创了我国腐植酸行业工作的新局面。根据中国腐植酸工业协会章程第四章第十六条之规定,兹决定于2002年第4季度召开中国腐植酸工业协会第四届会员大会暨理事会换届会议。
Since the second meeting of the Chinese Humic Acid Industry Association was changed from December 1997 to the present, under the correct leadership of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, Petrochemical Bureau and China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, the secretariat of the Association, in accordance with the resolution of the Standing Council, has overcome difficulties, Good governance, creating a new situation in China humic acid industry work. According to Article 16 of the Chapter IV of the Humic Acid Industry Association of China, it is hereby decided to hold the fourth general meeting of humic acid industry association and the general meeting of the council in the 4th quarter of 2002.
