中关村海淀园的科研、商贸,为孵化期的企业建造了创业型企业的总部氛围;CBD的商贸、外贸的办公形态,为跨国企业、合资企业创造了适宜的内外贸易总部管理氛围;北京经济技术开发区(亦庄)的产业型企业格局,为国内外以产业为主的大型企业创造了总部与产业密不可分的管理氛围。它们之间既有分工、协调、又有侧重,形成了一种总部经济链,但在北京总部的经济链条中,还缺少一种总部集聚的整体效应,即总部之间的信息互动、资源共享的群体优势、中关村(丰台)总部基地的建设,将让这一链条进行有机组合,并成为北京总部经济中不可或缺的组成部分。
