椭圆齿轮的齿廓复杂,无法直接建立其三维模型。用标准齿轮滚刀加工椭圆齿廓的原理,建立了椭圆齿轮齿廓的数学模型,用mathcad软件算出齿廓上的坐标点,导入Solidworks软件建立椭圆齿轮的三维模型,并对啮合运动特性进行理论分析和运动仿真。
Elliptic gears have complicated tooth profiles and can not directly build their 3D models. The mathematical model of elliptic gear tooth profile is established by using the principle of standard gear hobbing. The mathcad software is used to calculate the coordinate points on the tooth profile. Solidworks software is introduced to establish the three-dimensional model of the elliptic gear. The theory of meshing motion is also discussed Analysis and Motion Simulation.
