电站煤粉锅炉空气预热器低温段的积灰、堵灰、漏风及腐蚀,直接影响锅炉机组的安全经济运行。多年来,虽经国内外动力工作者的共同努力,取得一些进展,但上述问题尚未得到很好的解决。热管是一种新型的高效传热元件,它具有传热能力强,管壁温度可控,等温性能好等优点。用热管组装成的热管空气预热器,具有体积小、流阻低、漏风几乎为零,防腐性能好、检修维护工作量小等优点。但在电站煤粉锅炉恶劣的烟气条件(含尘浓度高等)下,能否实际应用这种带肋管子的新型空气预热器,还是一个有待研究的新课题。目前,仅有少数工业发达国家正在研究。早在1983年,四川电力试验研究所等单位就开展了电站煤粉锅炉热管空气预热器的试验研究,先后在都江电厂、白马

Over the years, despite the joint efforts of domestic and foreign motivation workers, some progress has been made, but the above problems have not yet been well resolved. Heat pipe is a new type of efficient heat transfer element, which has the advantages of strong heat transfer, controlled wall temperature and good isothermal performance. Heat pipe assembly with a heat pipe air preheater, with small volume, low flow resistance, air leakage is almost zero, good corrosion resistance, maintenance and repair workload is small and so on. However, under the severe flue gas conditions (high dust concentration) of pulverized coal fired boilers in power plants, whether this new type of air preheater with ribbed pipe is actually used is still a new subject to be studied. At present, only a few industrialized countries are studying. As early as 1983, the Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute and other units carried out the experimental study of the pulverized coal boiler heat pipe air preheater, one after another in the Dujiang Power Plant, the White Horse
