2006年是“十一五”开局之年,做好新形势下的减灾救灾工作成为所有减灾工作者共同的心声。2月14-15日,2006年全国救灾救济工作会议在重庆隆重召开,民政部相关领导和各地民政部门负责人齐聚一堂,总结“十五”,展望“十一五”,共同商讨我国2006年救灾救济工作的发展大计。会上,民政部副部长李立国作了重要报告,10个单位作了经验发言,与会代表就今后救灾救济工作的相关问题进行了热烈讨论,民政部救灾救济司司长王振耀作了大会总结。这次会议的顺利召开,为我国减灾救灾事业的发展谋划了美好明天。

The smooth convening of this meeting has laid a better tomorrow for the development of disaster relief and relief in our country.
