本文介绍了一种延迟线鉴频器的调频噪声测量系统,讨论了它的测量原理,给出了必要的公式。该系统现可工作在1~6GHz。在2GHz时,用普通显示器即能得到约0.1Hz/Hz(当f>1kHz时)频偏的测量门限,经低噪声放大器后,上述门限可降到0.01Hz/Hz量级。利用它可方便地进行锁相振荡源最佳环路带宽的调试。文中给出了实验调试的例子及结果。
In this paper, a frequency-modulated noise measurement system for delay line frequency discriminator is introduced. Its measuring principle is discussed and the necessary formula is given. The system is now working at 1 ~ 6GHz. At 2 GHz, a normal display gives a measurement threshold of frequency offset of about 0.1 Hz / Hz (when f> 1 kHz), which can be reduced to the order of 0.01 Hz / Hz with a low noise amplifier. Use it to easily debug the optimal loop bandwidth of a phase-locked oscillator. The article gives examples and results of experimental debugging.
