陶庄煤矿井深达千米,通风系统长近万米,通风网路复杂,矿井通风阻力大(全矿两处风井风压均已达到400多mmH_2O)。因此,降低通风阻力,降低主扇电耗,提高经济效益是迫切需要解决的问题。本文根据陶庄煤矿的发展规划,分两个时期提出了该矿的通风系统技术改造方案,利用计算机对每个方案进行了解算,确定了陶庄煤矿86~92年与93~2000年的通风系统技术改造方案。
Taozhuang coal mine depth of kilometers, nearly 10,000 meters long ventilation system, ventilation network complexity, mine ventilation resistance (the two mine air pressure have reached more than 400 mmH_2O). Therefore, reducing the ventilation resistance, reducing the main fan power consumption, improve economic efficiency is an urgent need to be addressed. According to the development plan of Taozhuang Coal Mine, this paper puts forward the technical renovation scheme of the ventilation system of the mine in two periods. By using computer, each scheme is solved and the ventilation of 86 ~ 92 years and 93 ~ 2000 in Taozhuang Coal Mine is determined System technology reform program.
