目的:探讨乳腺癌的彩超声像图和彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)及CT表现,评价其诊断价值。方法:对36例彩超诊断为乳腺癌的声像图和CDFI表现及CT表现与手术病理结果进行分析比较,并对各项指标做出统计学分析和临床评价。结果:彩超和CT共同诊断为乳腺癌并经手术病理证实的36例,病变形态、边界、密度、增强前后CT值变化、内部回声、微小钙化、衰减均有一定特征,CDFI血流分级≥Ⅱ级,Vmax≥17cm/s,RI>0.74是诊断乳腺癌的可靠依据。结论:综合分析声像图和CDFI表现及CT表现对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To investigate the color echocardiography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and CT findings of breast cancer to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods: The sonography and CDFI findings of 36 cases diagnosed by color Doppler echocardiography were compared with those of CT and pathology. The statistical analysis and clinical evaluation of each index were made. Results: Thirty-six cases diagnosed as breast cancer by CT and CT were confirmed by operation and pathology. The changes of morphology, border, density, CT value before and after the enhancement, internal echo, microcalcifications and attenuation all had certain characteristics. The grade of CDFI was ≥Ⅱ Grade, Vmax ≥ 17cm / s, RI> 0.74 is a reliable basis for the diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis of sonographic and CDFI findings and CT findings is of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
